Gosalyn might be an unrefined chaotic child, but she wasn't a complete heathen. She knew enough to be polite to guests, especially if they had some sort of disability.

She helped Obi-Wan as much as she could. She was still learning how to cool and make tea and all that, but with his guidance it came out decently well. She made up the table as nicely as she could and was all ready to be on her best behavior when their guest arrived.
