Albert doesn't mean to insult, a nickel is a lot of money in his time, but clearly it does not translate. At least Obi-Wan is not offended, he looks at his partner with that familiar tender look.

"I am sorry, Obi-Wan." He says once the other man has explained, reaching out to put his hand on the others chest, above his heart.

"I was happy then, but I am happy now, with you. I am glad you're back with me, safe here. But I know you miss her."

He doesn't think there is anything he can do to fill the gap in Obi-Wan's heart, he can't replace Jyn and he would not want to. She was clearly a wonderful woman.

"I will do anything to make you happy, my dove. Anything at all. Just tell me what you need, and I will see to it."
