[Albert's glad that Obi-Wan can't see the flush on his face as he remembers the "dress up" of the past week]

My dear Obi-Wan,

I hope you will do me the honor of meeting me at Fiddler's Square at four o'clock? That should give us time to do a little shopping and then have dinner. I look forward to it immensely.

Is there something you would particularly like to eat? I shall make us reservations.

My Dear Albert,

I would be delighted to meet you at Fiddler’s Square. A bit of shopping and a good dinner is an excellent plan. I’m looking forward to it as well.

There are a number of different cuisines here I haven’t tried yet. I believe something called Mexican is one of them? Or perhaps somewhere more fine? I will leave it up to you.

My Obi-Wan,

We will try Mexican together. Mexico is a part of my world which I never had the opportunity to visit, although I would have truly welcomed the experience. Their cuisine intrigues me.

[The brings a smile to his face. Deciding to heave it there, Obi-Wan shows up at Fiddler’s Square at the agreed time. Able to sense his dominant when he arrives and moves to meet him. Once again wearing his full Jedi garb.]

[ It isn't hard to spot Obi-Wan, even in a crowd. His favoured clothes are very different to the revealing fashions of Duplicity, and even if they were not, he is certainly one of the most handsome men in the city, in Albert's opinion.

He spots him as he arrives from the Elevator from the Down, waving at him as he heads in the Jedi's direction. He still isn't utterly comfortable with displays of affection in public, but he reaches for Obi-Wan's hand, entangling their fingers. ]

I hope I haven't kept you waiting long. There were some problems with getting through the checkpoint in the Down. Nothing worrying, just... delays.

Not long. Believe me I more than understand the difficulties of crossing through the checkpoints.

[Submissives have a harder time after all, especially when crossing into the Up.

Taking Albert’s hand, Obi-Wan leans in to press an affectionate kiss onto his cheek.]

Where to first?

[ Albert nods, well aware of the problems and while he has many opinions on how ridiculous it is to hand over control of the Down to a criminal gang, he decides not to air those thoughts. Not because he fears retribution, that doesn't enter his head, but instead because he wants to focus on having a good time with Obi-Wan. ]

Our reservation is for slightly later, so I thought I would take you to get some new clothes. Now, do not protest. I won't hear of it.

[And with that, he nods towards a large department store and leads Obi-Wan towards the doors.]

[Obi-Wan would agree with those thoughts. He too was not enthralled with a gang being allowed to take over the Down. There were many things he disagreed with here, but the least of which how the LIERs were treated. But this affected the natives too and seemed a betrayal to those living in the Down. Making it a nearly lawless and even more miserable place to live.

So it’s a good thing the conversation doesn’t go further on that. Instead Obi-Wan’s expression turns to something of a pout.]

Very well, you won’t have to hear it.

[Didnt mean he couldn’t express his objections in other ways though! But he’s teasing, mostly anyway. With that he follows Albert’s lead into the store.]

[He squeezes Obi-Wan's hand, held in his, as the Jedi pouts, more like a spoilt child than a grown man, but he knows that his submissive is merely teasing him, rather than about to have a tantrum. He knows that Obi-Wan is not like that, he is a charitable soul, a kind man, one who puts others before himself. That's why he thinks it is so hard for Obi-Wan to accept that Albert wants to buy him clothes.]

I'm very glad. Now, I think we should start with a coat, something warm and waterproof. And we shall also find for you some trousers. I believe they are all made ahead, and you must find something that fits... are you aware of your measurements? Although perhaps it is best to measure you anew.

[Obi-Wan is never sure if he truly deserves the glowing opinion Albert has of him. But deserving or not, his desire to care for him is charming. He can’t help but give him a little bit of a hard time about it though. Not used to being given things as Jedi so often went without except only what they needed.]

I am, but I don’t think they are the same as what I’m used to. Aside from the whole, small, medium and large scale.

[He had been measured for robes many times in his life, but the galactic standard measurements used back home would not apply here.]

I suppose being measured wouldn’t hurt.
