A friend of mine was attacked. I don't know where Anakin went off to, but he's a danger to everyone around him.

[There's a bit of alarm at that news.]

I know. It's for that reason that I have his lightsaber.

[He had thought that would deter Anakin from hurting anyone, but apparently he was wrong.]

Who did he attack?

[oratorical]

Taking away his lightsaber does little when he can still use the Force to attack others.

[a lightsaber would have made things infinitely worse, sure, but not having one didn't impede Anakin in any way Leia could tell.]

His name is Ezra Bridger.

[And now there is definite concern. Anakin only seemed bent on harming Jedi, but Ezra is a Jedi. He should have foreseen this.]

I will find him.

[it's what she wants to hear, sure, but at the same time, she's not entirely sure how much she can trust Obi-Wan to do what may need to be done, should it come to it. And so she adds--]

If you won't take responsibility for him, I will find someone who will. But I owed you the courtesy of asking you first.
